Pharmasave on Salt Spring Island, BC is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

College and Association fees as well as cost of upgrading and training will be paid by the employer. You will be supported by an experienced team of assistants, and multiple pharmacists per shift on weekdays.
- $5000.00 signing bonus plus an annual bonus based on profits.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day activities in the dispensary
- Ensure employees follow proper policies and procedures for receiving, handling, compounding, and dispensing medications
- Ensure inventory is managed efficiently
- Keep accurate inventory of narcotics
- Promote healthy and trusting relationships with clients
- Create policies and procedures to enhance patient care and to increase efficiency in the dispensary
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a pharmacist
- Mandatory Pharmacy Manager training from College of Pharmacists of BC
- License in good standing with College of Pharmacists of BC
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Friendly and kind to both coworkers and clients.
- Injection certification.
- First Aid / CPR.
- OAT certification.
- Proficiency with Kroll
