Role Summary :
We are seeking a Manufacturing Designer to play a pivotal role in nesting building models for installation and logistics sequencing.
The candidate will work across departments, using CAD software like Dietrichs, Solidworks, Rhino, and Grasshopper to optimize panel nesting and design logistics for shipment and installation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop manufacturing design policies and procedures.
- Optimize billet sizes for press capacity and waste minimization.
- Generate models and drawings using CAD software.
- Plan production and logistics efficiently.
- Participate in CAD process automation and safety improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience in Rhino, Grasshopper, and Solidworks.
- Ability in technical design from concept to manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent, resilient, and entrepreneurial.
- Appreciation for environmental and sustainability values.
Education and Experience :
- Engineering degree or diploma.
- 2+ years in CAD software, particularly Rhino and Grasshopper.
