Your new role
As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for some of the following :
- Preparing monthly operating statements
- Assisting in prep of quarterly / year-end finance statements
- Ensuring transactions are entered into the system efficiently
- Preparing CAM statements yearly formercial properties
- Preparingernment remittances
- Preparing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts
- Providing budget vs actual variance analysis
- Other related ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Detail + deadline-oriented
- Previous Yardi experience is an asset
- Strong foundational knowledge of the fundamentals in accounting & finance principles
