Key Responsibilities : - Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chats, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer care.
- Create and manage support tickets efficiently. - Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, embodying the role of an "Ambassador" for the company's values and mission.
- Quickly grasp customer issues, consult our extensive knowledge database for solutions, or escalate issues according to our support protocol, all while ensuring the customer feels valued and supported.
