Position Summary :

We are seeking an ITSM & Operations Administrator to join our Corporate Services Department to support and advance our ITSM ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation across our IT operations. The ITSM Administrator will configure, develop, and maintain our ITSM environment to support all business functions represented from other integrated tools such as incident, project, billing, and other request management processes. You will architect solutions, automate workflows, enable accurate billing and reporting, and strive to deliver an excellent user experience while leadings innovation and operational excellence across the business. This position offers an opportunity to shape how automation empowers our business.
