Logistics Coordinator
Based out of the Surrey, BC area, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize end-to-end international import and export operations. This role oversees documentation, compliance, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and on-time delivery across global markets.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all import / export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (BOL, COO, invoices, packing lists, certificates).
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain real-time logistics visibility.
- Optimize transportation costs and negotiate freight rates.
- Monitor compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting.
Requirements :
Salary 65,000 range.
