We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and guiding customers through product and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customer through corrective steps.
• Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of offerings.
• Assist with order tracking, billing issues, and service cancellations when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the customer service database.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex inquiries or escalate unresolved issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-focused mindset at all times.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics , such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent ; a college degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Multitasking and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
