We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service design research, agile collaboration, and delivering innovative digital services, particularly in complex or public sector environments.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Location is CAD $125k – CAD $130k / year & benefits (see below).

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross‑functional product teams operating in an Agile environment.
