Hey there!! We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Director to join us at Dreamwell AI, a fast-growing influencer marketing company focused on performance and revenue for some of the largest brands in the world.

We’re an investor-backed company that recently raised a round from a top billionaire VC and Angel Investors.

As an Influencer Marketing Director at Dreamwell, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performance influencer marketing strategies, and understanding all aspects of the influencer lifecycle.

You will oversee the planning and management of large-scale campaigns while leading a small team of influencer marketing coordinators.

This role requires you to think strategically, analyze data, and foster strong relationships with influencers and creators across multiple platforms, as well as brands.

Your leadership will directly impact the success of our clients' campaigns, and you’ll be instrumental in driving measurable results across all our influencer marketing initiatives.

At Dreamwell, we believe influencer marketing should have the sophistication of top paid performance marketing channels like Facebook and Google ads.

What You'll Do Here :

  • Lead influencer strategy across a portfolio of client campaigns, building and executing innovative influencer strategies that drive performance-based results.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
  • Manage and grow a team of Influencer Marketing Managers and Coordinators, supporting their development and optimizing workflows to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative teams, to ensure that campaigns are well-integrated with broader marketing efforts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with top creators and influencers, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive performance and brand value.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure Dreamwell remains ahead of the curve in influencer marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics, leveraging data to refine influencer strategies and optimize for key growth metrics such as CPA, CTR, and LTV.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, performance-based campaigns.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a history of building and managing teams.
  • Direct experience working with influencers, talent agencies, and brands, with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, LTV) and experience with data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and the ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
