Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on HVAC Assembly professional for a direct hire opportunity in the Oro-Medonte/Barrie, ON area. This role is ideal for a manufacturing candidate with 1 to 2 years of assembly experience who enjoys building quality products, working in a fast-paced production environment, and contributing to a team-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble HVAC parts and components according to production requirements, quality standards, and company specifications.
- Safely produce the required quantity and quality of parts within established timelines.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production processes to ensure consistent output.
- Inspect parts and finished work to identify quality concerns and support corrective action when needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, efficiency, and a positive team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $45,552 to $46,592 per year.
- Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
