Front-End Loader Operator and Material Handler

Responsibilities
Safely load and transfer heavy, oversized freight onto flatbeds, trailers, and dry vans.
Operate front-end loaders and high-capacity forklifts (up to 40,000 lbs) efficiently across diverse outdoor yard conditions.
Accurately stage, organize, and retrieve materials systematically utilizing a color-coded inventory and bin location system.
Utilize overhead cranes to rig, hoist, and precisely position heavy structural materials.

Qualifications
Must be fully certified for high-capacity/oversized forklifts (rated for 40,000 lbs).
Proven, hands-on experience operating a front-end loader in an industrial, production, or yard setting.
High physical capability and comfort working outside year-round in varying weather conditions (approx. 80% outdoor exposure).
Ability to accurately track and manage color-coded staging systems.
