Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer with DevOps Experience to design, develop, and operate enterprise AI/GenAI platforms while enhancing DevOps services and automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for deploying and managing AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop value-added services that integrate with existing DevOps platforms and tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TypeScript, Python, and Groovy.
- Design, build, and operate enterprise AI/GenAI platforms supporting Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop scalable LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and governance.
- Build reusable AI services to support enterprise application teams.
- Coach application teams on DevOps tools, automation, and best practices.
- Promote developer experience, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in proof of concepts (POCs), evaluate new tools, and recommend suitable technologies.
- Enhance and evolve DevOps services to meet application team requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong software engineering experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or C/C++.
- Strong experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms, LLMOps, and MLOps.
- Understanding of application and system design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
