Sanitation Operator- Afternoons

Title: Sanitation Operator Location: London, Ontario Work Type: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: $20.50-23.00 an hour Vacancy: 2 Existing vacancy Our client, a well-known food manufacturer, is looking for a Sanitation Operator to join their team on an afternoon shift. This role is to start immediately.What's in it for you

• $20.50-$23.00 to start with an increase once hired permanently

• Hours are Monday to Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

• Overtime paid after 37.5 hours

The Role: Sanitation Operator

• Clean and sanitize industrial food production equipment according to HACCP, GMP's and SOP’s
• Use of hoses, cloths, wipes and pressurized equipment in accordance to sanitation standards
• Record and test areas for food residue, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned for the following days production
• Lifting required up to 50lbs including boxes of ingredients
• Follow OHSA and Health and Safety Program
• Of the two positions available, one will be responsible for the Supervision of one staff member and the locking up of the facility at the end of the shift
