Client Service Processor – Canada Life
Temporary Full Time. London Head Office, London, Ontario. Responsible for the timely distribution of team paperwork, cheques and e‑mails for the Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Services, and Group Retirement Services teams. Works closely with other teams. 100% in the London Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Triage / prep incoming mail including documents and cheques for the Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Service, and Group Retirement Services teams within time standards
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Assist with non-financial processing when required
- Support small projects when necessary
- Send outbound mail
- Manage the team shared e‑mail boxes
- Responsible for workflow distribution electronically

Base salary : $36,900 - $49,800 annually.
