About the Role
This Senior Business Analyst role sits at the intersection of business strategy and delivery execution for a leading energy infrastructure organization. The person in this seat is responsible for bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning ambiguous needs into clear, prioritized requirements and ensuring that solutions actually land with measurable value. It is a hands-on role that spans the full lifecycle from intake and business case development through UAT and post-implementation review.
The ideal candidate brings 10 or more years of business analysis experience and is equally comfortable running a stakeholder workshop and writing detailed functional requirements. They know how to navigate both Agile and Waterfall environments, can build a compelling business case, and have a track record of driving adoption of process improvements across complex organizations.
