EXECUTIVE & MARKETING ASSISTANT Part-Time | 20–25 Hours per Week Revolve Home Health Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Executive & Marketing Assistant to support the Director and help increase awareness of our services throughout Alberta. This is an in-person position with occasional travel for community outreach, networking, and events. Key Responsibilities • Organize the Director’s schedule, priorities, appointments, and reminders • Monitor emails and ensure important inquiries receive timely follow-up • Maintain follow-up lists for clients, referral partners, facilities, and community contacts • Create, edit, and post short marketing videos for social media • Develop engaging content promoting postpartum, post-operative, home care, and companionship services • Coordinate outreach to our paostpartum and homecare clients (clinics, midwives, doulas, senior communities, and referral partners) • Help organize trade shows, booths, presentations, and community events • Maintain the company’s social media content calendar • Prepare marketing materials, correspondence, and basic reports • Track outstanding tasks and provide the Director with a clear weekly priority list • Maintain confidentiality when handling client and company information Qualifications • Experience in administration, executive assistance, marketing, or social media • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Comfortable recording and editing short-form videos • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to work independently and take initiative • Comfortable attending events and communicating with community partners • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle • Administrative, business, or marketing education is preferred but not required The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities. They notice what needs to be done, follow through without repeated reminders, and can help turn ideas into completed tasks. Hours: 20–25 hours per week Compensation: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience Location: Calgary/Airdrie area Employer: Revolve Home Health Ltd.
