Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably supporting electrical and instrumentation materials, equipment, or construction packages.
- Electrical and/or Instrumentation trade experience or demonstrated technical knowledge of E&I materials and equipment.
- Previous experience in industrial construction, oil and gas, power, renewable energy, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, competitive bidding, commercial evaluation, negotiations, expediting, and purchase order administration.
- Familiarity with AVEVA ERM or a comparable ERP/materials management system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
Work Conditions
- Position may be based in the Edmonton office or at a project site depending on project requirements.
- Collaboration with geographically dispersed project teams, suppliers, and clients is required.
- Occasional travel to project sites, supplier facilities, or client locations may be required.
- Site-based assignments may be subject to site-specific schedules and access requirements.
