Deli Clerk – Vanalman

As a Deli Clerk at Red Barn Market, you’ll be an integral part of our award-winning deli team, serving up a variety of deli items including our famous sandwiches. Your role will involve preparing and serving food, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean deli area. If you’re passionate about food, enjoy a busy, team-oriented environment, and take pride in creating a great experience for every customer, we’d love to have you join us! We are looking for both part-time and full-time candidates with daytime and evening availability.

Responsibilities:

• Stocking and Display: Arrange and replenish deli case displays, ensuring items are well-presented, labelled, and rotated.
• Food Preparation:Prepare and package sandwiches, pizza, salads, hot food, and more.
• Customer Interaction:Provide friendly assistance to customers, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Maintain Cleanliness:Keep the deli area clean, organized, safe, and well-stocked.
• Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, rotate products, and communicate restocking needs.
• Compliance:Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
