JOB DESCRIPTION : "Walk-down of systems with a cross-functional team as part of Mechanical Completionprior to turn over to C&Q.

Documentation from the walk-down may be leveraged forstatic testing (installation verification)o Execution / Witness of Start-up / shakedown (SUSD) testing.

This testing at minimum willbe a dry run of the COMTP where documentation is not required. Punches associatedwith SUSD will be tracked / documented / assessed as per project SOPo Execution / Witnessing vendor SATo Leading and execution of Commissioning Test Plan (COMTP) including closing raw datapackage.

COMTP execution will include static testing (installation verification (IV),leveraged from FAT, where possible), dynamic testing (operational verification, sometesting may be leveraged from FAT)o Some systems will not have FAT, such as stick build and interconnecting and sanitarypiping and will be commissioned / qualified on siteo Execution of IOQ protocol includes closing raw data package.

Execution to be leveragedfrom FAT / SAT / COMTP. Minimal re-testing as For non-GxP systems, vendor SAT and supplemental COMTP as required will beexecutedo PCS (delta V) testing during SUSD / COMTP / IOQ for systems as mentioned aboveo Miscellaneous equipment - vendor IOQ and Supplemental IOQ to be executed.

MC andCOMTP are not requiredo Developing, addressing comments, and approving commissioning summary reports(COMSR) for non-GxP or qualification summary reports (QSR) for GxP systemso Management of non-conformances (including investigation, corrective action) and / orchange requestso Completing Traceability Matrix to ensure testing reconciliation and approval ofdocument.

Reconciliation of testing for GxP systems only and will be documented in thepre-approved FCCA or COMTP protocol. A separate traceability matrix is not required
