Senior DevOps Engineer

Decode Talent is working with a rapidly growing technology company transforming how businesses handle cloud infrastructure and deployments. The platform serves enterprise clients across North America, processing millions of deployments annually. They’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Infrastructure team and help scale out cloud operations.

The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll lead cloud infrastructure initiatives and shape the overall technical operations strategy. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with development teams to improve the deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS / Azure services
• Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters for our microservices architecture
• Develop and optimize CI / CD pipelines for multiple development teams
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership
• Document infrastructure designs and operational procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
