Job Description:

Position Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced Executive Technology Support Analyst to provide white-glove IT support to senior executives while ensuring meeting rooms and collaboration technologies operate seamlessly.
  • This highly visible onsite role requires exceptional customer service, executive presence, and strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV technologies, and workplace devices.
  • The successful candidate will support executives, meeting spaces, and critical business events while working closely with internal IT teams, facilities, and external vendors.
  • Success in this role is measured by executive satisfaction, meeting readiness, and delivering an exceptional technology experience-not ticket volume.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives and executive assistants.
  • Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), meeting room AV technologies, and collaboration tools.
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Windows devices, mobile devices, docking stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Ensure executive offices, boardrooms, and meeting spaces are technology-ready for meetings and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, cameras, microphones, displays, content sharing, and connectivity issues.
  • Support meeting room deployments, technology refreshes, and workplace technology projects.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, facilities, and external vendors to resolve technology issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive, executive-focused approach.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3 5+ years of Executive (VIP) IT Support experience supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership within a corporate environment.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows 11, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting meeting room AV technologies, conferencing equipment, and collaboration solutions.
  • Experience supporting executive boardrooms, high-profile meetings, and presentations.
  • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals for desktop, AV, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, professionalism, patience, and discretion.
  • Customer-first mindset with the flexibility to occasionally support after-hours executive meetings and infrequent travel between office locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting healthcare organizations or other highly regulated enterprise environments is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Crestron, Microsoft Intune, or other enterprise collaboration technologies.
  • ITIL Foundation, CTS, or other relevant technical certifications.
