WHO WE ARE

The Vancouver Club is a distinguished private members club nestled in downtown Vancouver. Established in 1893, the Club has a rich history and a commitment to exceptional service offering an array of amenities, including dining, function spaces, accommodations, and fitness facilities. The Club is dedicated to providing unparalleled meaningful experiences for its members.

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

Are you refreshingly personal? Do you naturally make people feel seen, welcomed, and valued from the moment you meet them? Are you someone who believes that exceptional employee experiences create exceptional member experiences?

The Vancouver Club is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional who is passionate about championing the employee experience and creating a workplace where hospitality professionals can thrive.

This role is about more than policies and processes. It's about being a trusted partner, coach, and resource for our team. We're looking for someone who leads with empathy, builds meaningful relationships, and understands the importance of taking care of the people who spend every day taking care of others.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee relations, payroll support, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and organizational culture. You will help foster a positive, high-performing workplace that reflects the Club's values and service standards. The ideal candidate must have previously occupied a human resources manager role.

This role reports into the Director of Club Experience. Potential start date is Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.
