Graham is actively recruiting an HSE Supervisor to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager the HSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation Grahams Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management System and client-specific safety requirements across a diverse portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects.
As a key member of the HSE leadership team you will provide leadership and direction to Senior HSE Coordinators and project teams champion a strong safety culture drive continuous improvement initiatives and partner closely with operations leadership to deliver safe compliant and successful project outcomes.

The Right Tools for the Job
Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with a safety designation (NCSO CRSP CSP or equivalent. 5 years of HSE experience including construction and supervisory leadership experience.
Technical & Project Skills: Strong knowledge of OH&S/OSHA regulations construction safety practices incident investigations and HSE management systems
Core Competencies: Proven leadership coaching communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced project environment
