Medical Staff Talent has been directly commissioned by a prominent Royal Family in Jeddah to identify an elite Western-trained Consultant in Anesthesia and Intensive Care. Operating autonomously within a private state-of-the-art sovereign medical infrastructure you will hold absolute clinical sovereignty over a highly restricted exclusive patient panel. This high-fidelity role centers on providing immediate acute care readiness continuous health monitoring and long-term physiological optimization. You will direct and collaborate closely with an elite handpicked team of Western-trained Private Nurses ensuring seamless round-the-clock clinical continuity exceptional medical synergy and absolute compliance with royal protocols.
Tier-1 Western medical credentials including Fellowship of the Royal College (FRCPC) American Board or UK CCT/CCST in Anesthesia and Intensive Care.
At least 6 years of active post-board practice managing complex critical care and trauma settings within major Western teaching institutions.
Absolute diplomatic discretion flawless command of the English language and a proven history of operating under strict non-disclosure frameworks (NDAs).
Exceptional leadership capabilities to effectively manage and guide a dedicated interdisciplinary private nursing matrix.
