The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in managing all aspects of the proposal lifecycle including the development tracking and submission of bid responses. This position is responsible for maintaining all related documentation contact lists databases and materials. As a member of the Sales team the successful candidate will leverage strong analytical and creative abilities to coordinate timelines gather and synthesize information and collaborate with technical management and production teams to develop high-quality competitive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The role operates within a fast-paced high-growth environment requiring the ability to adapt to shifting priorities meet tight deadlines and consistently deliver work to a high standard.
