Customer Service Representative, Full-Time (Outbound Agent)
Job Location : Client Contact Center, Saskatoon
Work Schedule : Flexibility required to work evenings and Saturdays (based on a six-week rotation)

The Nitty-Gritty of What you’ll be doing :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to our customers and (hopefully soon-to-be-customers) to share information about our FFUN sales initiatives, service appointments and follow-ups
- Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us.
- Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with customers.
- Manage customer information databases.
- Setting and confirming customer appointments.
- Produce reports when necessary.
Some superhero traits we are looking for :
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Customer service guru, in other words a people person.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Computer literate and telephone savvy.
- Passion for teamwork.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound / outbound sales.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
