A company specializing in logistics and transport is looking for a site director.
We're looking for a site manager who embraces these core values. The site manager is an excellent communicator who knows how to communicate their passion for management and logistics. This person will always be focused on achieving and surpassing objectives. with high ethical standards. The Site Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the overall performance of the site, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the well-being and safety of the teams. They would be leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and uphold high service standards. Additionally, they would a play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication, and meeting their needs while consistently striving for operational excellence.

3PL- fast paced and high volume environment experience is mandatory**

Schedule : Monday - Friday
competitive Salary based on experience

Start date : Sept 2026.

Location :near Bayer's Lake

Responsibilities
The site manager has to:

- Guarantee overall site performance,
- Maintain team well-being and safety,
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans to optimize workflows,
- Increase productivity and maintain high service standards,
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships,
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer through effective communication,
- Consistently striving for operational excellence.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES LEVEL – ACTIVITY MANAGER (Management )
Traduces performance targets to operational expectations, defines clear rules in order to achieve financial objectives by managing the budget of his/her activity.
Implements a scheduled periodical routine for the monitoring, measurement, and control (operational and financial) of objectives. Ensures the support of his team to achieve performance.
Communicates and makes adhere to the organization’s roadmap, ensures alignment of all the company's missions, objectives, and values. Maintains customer relations by cultivating proximity.
Promotes an intrapreneurship culture by giving members of the different levels of his/her activity the opportunity to suggest and participate in innovation programs and processes continuous improvement.
Analyzes performances and potential of his/her team members. Identifies support and development actions and ensures that they are carried out through follow up, defines hiring and development strategy.
Ensures to create the conditions that promote cooperation (between departments, sites, etc.). Promotes the implementation of collaborative methods to maintain both internal and external networks.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES
Guarantees compliance with the contractual operations in accordance with the customer's specifications.
Encourages a strong spirit of partnership with the client (s) under his/her responsibility, through periodic meetings and presentation of results, to strengthen the commercial relationship.
Ensures the adequacy of the resources (human, expertise, material) in relation to the objectives and validates their coherence.
Is responsible for compliance with IDL certification on his/her site and with both internal (quality, safety and security, HR,) and legal procedures and rules.
Represents the site in the region and with contacts at the head office.
Facilitates meetings with employee representatives and deals with them on economic and social issues, as well as matters of safety and employee welfare in his/her scope of activity (depending on local requirements).
Is responsible for the performance indicators of the site for which he/she is responsible. He/she monitors and analyses the operational results, reporting to his/her operational director and customer.
Develops and maintains an excellent customer relationship.
Leads the site's continuous improvement and innovation plans and masters the standards, procedures, and activities for optimizing performance. Responds to audits when necessary, according to certifications established for the unit.
Knows and applies the health and safety rules and procedures and enforce locally, in his/ her area of responsibility



Qualifications
The site manager must have:

- University studies in a relevant field (administration, management, human resources)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position within a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain
- Leadership and communication skills
- Analytical skills.
- Familiar with the legislation specific to the business
- Fimiliar with internal auditing processes and sectoral monitoring and observation.
- Ability to travel internationally during the first few weeks of placement.

This is a leadership position and only the candidates with the required exprience will be considered.
