Because these members have requested information, your conversations start from a place of trust. There is no cold calling or door-to-door outreach — instead, you’ll focus on helping families understand programs designed to support them.
This position is ideal for someone who values autonomy but also wants the backing of a strong support system. Through structured training, experienced mentorship, and a collaborative team environment, you’ll have everything you need to develop professionally and achieve your goals.
Connect with members through virtual meetings (and occasionally in person) to discuss benefit options they have requested.
Present and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
Help families identify programs that align with their specific needs.
Maintain strong relationships by providing dependable service and consistent follow-up.
Continue building your expertise through training programs and leadership development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable using basic technology such as video calls and online systems.
Self-directed with good organizational habits.
Goal-oriented and accountable for personal performance.
Able to successfully complete a background check.
