We are seeking an outstanding mid to senior-level Corporate Associate to join their national team of experts. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a collegial group while honing your skills across a diverse array of corporate transactions. The successful candidate will primarily focus on corporate and energy law, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and strategic transactions such as joint ventures, partnerships, and significant investments.
