Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for a large organization
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee timecards, deductions, and reimbursements
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for management and auditors
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Payroll Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization

Note : Experience with USA payroll would be an asset
