What You’ll Do
Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, Logistics
Drive financial performance and operational excellence
Manage P&L and reporting functions
Coach and develop your team for success
What We’re Looking For
Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Skills That Set You Apart:
Strong leadership and communication
Understanding of P&L and financial controls
Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
High accountability and time management

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range
77,000.00 - 142,175.00Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Please visit for more information on our benefits and to join our Talent Network.
