If you are looking for a long-term opportunity that supports professional development and cultivates high standards we would love to meet role requires the successful candidate to work onsite in the office five days per and Administrative SupportProcess transactions such as wires EFTs contributions withdrawals and transfers in a timely mannerFacilitate account openingPrepare investment performance and quarterly reportsDocument transactions and client communications and ensure regulatory complianceClient Support and Relationship ManagementCollaborate with the Investment Advisors Portfolio Manager and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experience and contribute to internal improvementsRespond to client calls and emails resolve inquiries regarding account activity and performance and escalate issues as neededMaintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulationsExecute mutual fund equity and fixed income tradesSchedule and prepare materials for client meetings including portfolio reviews and investment proposalsMarketing and Social MediaPost to LinkedIn and other social media platformsSupport the creation and distribution of various client and prospect communication piecesCoordinate client and prospect eventsCOMPETENCIESAnalysis Assess quantitative and qualitative data information or situations to understand the most important details identify patterns or meaning and translate it into useful recommendations decisions or actionsCoordination Prioritize organize and manage information people assets resources messages tasks and/or activities to achieve a goal within timelinesCustomer Service Determine needs capture relevant information apply internal policy or regulation and escalate and prioritize the requests of customers to answer inquiries fulfill transactions or resolve issuesDigital Literacy Use technology tools and online resources to find create and communicate information or apply new digital tools or systems to do our work while staying safe and responsible in digital environmentsInvestment and Portfolio Management Develop implement and monitor investment strategies to grow assets manage risk and achieve financial goals while providing informed guidance and support to clients or stakeholdersProduct Knowledge Maintain and deepen knowledge of company products services and/or applications in order to align features benefits and uses to client or stakeholder needsRegulatory Knowledge Understand and apply relevant laws regulations and standards to meet legal and ethical requirements and reduce risk for clients and the organizationKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 3 years of client-facing experience within the investment industryRegistered with CIRO as an Investment Representative in good standingIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word Excel and Outlook)Knowledge of Broadridges Dataphile and/or Salesforce is an assetStrong verbal and written communication skills to create clear engaging and professional contentArticulate tactful and confident interacting with clientsExceptional attention to detail and skilled at working efficiently and accuratelyTeam player with a proven record of building trusting and productive relationshipsStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDisciplined driven and operates with a high level of accountabilitySocial media experience is an assetWHAT WE OFFERA culture of openness collaboration and respect is foundational to our firm.
