Dynamic and fast paced real estate agency is looking to add a key player to their team. The successful candidate will contribute to the teams executives and brokers overall success through your exceptional marketing abilities all the while providing day-to-day administrative support.
How will you support the team?
- Oversee and execute all projects as they relate from a Marketing perspective, from initial to final stages
- Project coordination of marketing collateral (site profiles, demographic packages, tour book creation, marketing brochures, company announcements, street maps)
- Communicate with cross functional teams for all support required for projects
- Website maintenance with Squarespace; updates, new clients / agents, news
- Create and send email blasts; new client announcements, maintain agents lists’ up to date, monthly listing report preparation, property listing announcements
- Generate demographic reports and projects, mobile data, geosocial segmentation
- Update and maintenance of Canadian street maps through Excel and PDF
- Manage relationships with various vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and competitiveness
- Post regular updates and information on social media platforms; maintain active presence by posting relative content and responding to daily messages;
engage with followers
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry
- General administrative duties; reception, mail triage, shipping, filing
- Support the President’s schedule
- Organize and prepare material for meetings, office management
- Making travel arrangements for executives, assist with general building upkeep
- Other duties as required
You will thrive in this role if you have :
- A Marketing and / or related Bachelor Degree preferred
- Experience in real estate industry an asset
- The ability to work both within a team and independently
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Superior planning and organizational skills; highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion
- You bring experience in creating / formatting presentations, and correspondence
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in French and English
- Excellent skills in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Office 365, MailChimp, Squarespace, Adobe Professional, Pinpoint and Zoom
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels is a must
- Comfortable with the logistics of booking travel and office equipment maintenance
- Previous experience with reporting, scheduling, managing multiple calendars and booking travel
