The role we are offering you : In this role, the Project Manager for the Americas region, will be assigned to different projects, will develop project management plan and establish project goals & objectives for projects in the sector of updates for civil simulators.

He / She will develop project management plans, establish goals and objectives and make sure to meet them.

Your challenges :

  • Take charge of all aspects of the entrusted projects : schedule, costs, income, risks, scope and contract.
  • Manage the material, human and financial resources necessary to meet the contractual obligations and ensure profitability.
  • Manage by influence the teams of the different departments involved in the project.
  • Report regularly to internal management on progress, issues, and workarounds.
  • Establish long-term relationships with our customers by delivering quality services and service offerings.
  • Prepare service offers and respond to clients in conjunction with our customer support representatives.
  • Promote CAE's products and services in order to create new business opportunities.
  • Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and governance reports.

Requirements :

  • University degree in Engineering or Commerce with five years of applicable experience.
  • 5 to 8 years experience in project management.
  • Communication skills (excellent verbal and written communication).
  • Skillful in managing execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer centric.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Team player.
  • Success as a Natural Leader.
  • Responsible and autonomous.
  • Results oriented.
  • Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (10%).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • PMP is an asset.
