About this opportunity: On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Services Specialist (Spanish/English) to join the HR Shared Services Processing Centre. This role focuses on driving efficiency and accuracy in employee transactions while delivering a high-quality employee experience. The ideal candidate will have foundational HR knowledge, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. What You’ll Do: • Manage day-to-day HR operations transactions, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors • Support onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, timekeeping, payroll, and employment changes • Process employee data and transactions accurately within HR systems and workflows • Maintain and update employee records, organizational structures, and position management • Administer benefits programs, including health, life plans, and government-mandated benefits • Handle payroll-related activities including input validation, reconciliation, and reporting (where applicable) • Respond to employee document requests such as certificates and employment verification • Develop and maintain HR content in self-service portals and documentation • Provide triage support in collaboration with the Response Centre • Leverage HR knowledgebase to ensure consistent and efficient processes • Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain data accuracy through audits and quality checks • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and process improvements • Act as a liaison for employee inquiries and resolve issues with minimal touchpoints • Collaborate with HR COEs, vendors, finance, and external agencies • Support audits (SOX, COSO) and ensure compliance with internal controls • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality • Train and support new and existing team members What You Bring: • 1–3 years of experience in HR or HR Shared Services (junior level HR) • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (mandatory) • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have: • Experience working in a global or shared services environment • Familiarity with HR audits, compliance, and regulatory processes • Exposure to payroll, benefits administration, or HR systems implementation • Experience supporting multiple regions (APJ, India, or North America) How to Apply: • Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes in confidence Our Commitment: At Akkodis, part of The Adecco Group, we’re committed to making the future work for everyone.
