Job Overview: This position is open to post-secondary students available for a summer term full-time (40-hours per week) placement between May and mid-August 2026 (10-14 weeks). This role provides the opportunity for a post-secondary student to apply classroom knowledge to real-world application ..professional experience in Data Analytics. The Data Analytics Intern will contribute to real projects while developing practical skills related to their academic program. The Community Engagement Intern will support in the coordination and execution of community-based initiatives, events, and administrative functions. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that enhance resident experience, support on-site teams, and strengthen community engagement. Mentorship The intern will receive ongoing mentorship through weekly check-ins, feedback sessions, and collaboration with the VP, Strata Operations and relevant department leaders and subject matter experts. leaders and subject matter experts. The intern will collaborate with department leaders to gain professional insights to further develop their skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to department leaders, including coordinating materials, gathering site-level data, and supporting ongoing projects across the portfolio.
  • Support the planning and execution of community engagement initiatives and events at managed properties, including new developments and newly onboarded buildings.
  • Assist in the coordination and promotion of company and client-facing events through outreach and social media support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to develop and distribute communications and promotional materials.
  • Support cross-functional projects and program implementations, including basic reporting and use of internal systems to track activities and engagement.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to assist with event execution, gather information, and support community outreach efforts
  • Build positive relationship with residents, site staff, and vendors while representing the organization in a professional manner.
  • Other administrative and operational duties as assigned
