Position : Junior Accounting Clerk
Location : Downtown, Toronto, 5-days onsite
Salary : Up to $45k dependent on experience
Quantum is seeking a Jr. Accounting Clerk for our professional services client downtown. We are looking to speak with candidates who are keen to learn, team oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing financial reconciliations
- Processing invoices and payments
- Managing accounts payable / receivable
- Assisting with financial reports
- Maintaining financial records and filing
Requirements :
- Diploma / certificate in accounting or similar
- 1 year of accounting experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
