What you’ll be working on
Communication and Collaboration
Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders across all levels (developers to senior executives) through clear and persuasive communication.
Proactively facilitate collaborative discussions, understanding diverse business needs and pain points, and translating them into actionable technology solutions.
Actively research and evaluate emerging technologies, presenting your findings and recommendations to drive technology adoption and modernization.
Collaborate closely with leadership to develop long-term strategic roadmaps, ensuring ongoing alignment through frequent touchpoints.
Functionally lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, ensuring seamless solution delivery.
Design and Architecture
Translate business requirements into detailed technical blueprints that emphasize performance, security, scalability and align to enterprise Architecture Principles
Architect and design comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and enterprise standards.
Lead the selection and integration of appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms, advocating for well-researched solutions while remaining open to alternative ideas.
Build and guide implementation architectures for vendors, platforms and third parties
Develop, document, and maintain architectural patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency across solutions.
What we’re looking for you to have

Foundational understanding of cloud computing principles, IT infrastructure components, and enterprise architecture.
Familiarity with various architectural approaches (Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, Microservices, etc.)
Knowledge of software development methodologies and design patterns.
Experience working with legacy systems and a strong understanding of modernization techniques and strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
