Resident concierge in Laval

POSITION DESCRIPTION :
We are currently looking for a resident concierge for one of our rental properties located in Laval. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization?
You are the person we need!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Participate in events organized for tenants when required.
Administration
Provide a high level of customer service
Health Care
Respond to all emergency situations
Construction
- Clean the administrative office
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintain property areas and systems
- Maintain the garden
- Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
- Make service calls
- Preventive maintenance on equipment
- Taking out the trash
Food Services
- Perform other related duties
- Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism both oral and written
- Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- Car required
