We are currently looking for talent to be available for full time variable schedules including afternoons, evenings and weekends as required.

As an Elite Travel Advisor, you would be responsible for fulfilling travel specific requests for a very high-profile client program via telephone and email.

The successful candidate will research, plan, and execute customized travel experiences, through booking domestic and international flights, car and / or hotel travel arrangements.

At times, you may be required to de-escalate a Card Member’s stress when unforeseen travel situations arise.

The Elite Travel Advisor will use their knowledge to help Card Members access their exclusive benefits, including how to make the most of their Membership Reward points.

Our paid training program provides you with all the skills required to become a travel expert. Your in-depth training will enable you to know where and how to find the information needed to assist travelers with their changing travel plans, such as trip cancellations, re-bookings, and exchanges

You will learn to troubleshoot customer issues relating to the use of the travel website and expertly guide customers as they navigate through the site.

Here’s what you bring to the team :

  • The passion to always put the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of everything you do while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent geographical and travel knowledge through professional or personal travel experience.
  • Must be internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).
  • Strong ability to communicate and write in a polished, educated, and professional manner.

Please note that successful candidates must meet the following criteria in order to Work from Home :

  • Must provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction.
  • Must procure, set up, and maintain high speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload.
  • Hard wired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods) capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate.

Internet connection must be connected to modem / router through hard cable / ethernet cord.

  • Satellite users are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.
  • To qualify for this position, you MUST have a Smart Phone. The Smart Phone MUST be operating on the most up to date software system.

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual French / English preferred.
  • Travel and Tourism diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Must be able to complete a background check.
  • TICO Certification or willingness to become TICO Certified.
  • 1 year of GDS experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required preferably in a highly interactive hospitality or travel related role is required.
  • 1 year of Call Center experience is required.
