Job Description:
- Account AdministrationAssist with ongoing KYC updates and suitability reviews.Ensure documentation and processes comply with regulatory standards.Assist with onboarding of new clients, including documentation, KYC, and compliance processes.Maintain accurate client data and ensure CRM systems are up to date.Process account changes, transfers, cash movements, and trade instructions efficiently.Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve client issues.
- Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementServe as a point of contact for client requests.Prepare meeting materials, investment reports, and correspondence.Support client meetings through coordination, note-taking, and follow-up.Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely, proactive communication.
- Portfolio & Investment SupportSupport portfolio rebalancing, client reporting, and performance review activities.Prepare trade tickets, investment proposals, and financial planning summaries.Monitor key client milestones, portfolio events, and tax-related deadlines.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Enrollment in the CFA program is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Passionate about private wealth, investment advisory, or financial services
- Client-first mindset and ability to communicate with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Competitive compensation: $68,000 - $72,000 per annum.
