Responsibilities :

  • Lead projects with in depth knowledge and experience in HighJump Advantage platform, Advantage business process modules and Advantage application database.
  • Lead HighJump requirements and design of functional / integration / data migration requirements.
  • Participate in design meetings and document requirements and solution.
  • Define Process objects action collection in Advantage architect.
  • Define Database definitions, calculation, execute actions, trigger objects and lists.
  • Advantage Application Database data modeling and creation of stored procedures specific to business.
  • Create functional and technical design documents.
  • Design and develop integration using standard tools supported by HighJump. Perform data mapping exercise with customer and host systems.
  • Create conversion scripts to load data from legacy systems to HighJump.
  • Configure HighJump application as per business requirements and design.
  • Development in HighJump WMS platform, HighJump Integration design and development, Report development using Webwise and SSRS / BOXI, writing and executing data migration scripts from legacy systems to HighJump WMS.
  • Develop, Deploy and activate Application from Advantage Architect to the Development, Quality and Production environment based on SDLC phases.
  • Review the deliverables in the team to ensure that the deliverables completely adhere to the programming standards and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with offshore resources, conduct handshake meetings and assign work to ensure development and other deliverables are worked upon during offshore hours.
  • Leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
  • Execute agile and waterfall project management methodologies as needed.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
  • Estimate effort required for requirement analysis, planning, development, unit testing and rollout.
  • Assist with new sales pipeline creation, and responding to proposals.
  • Write whitepapers, assist with creating tools and accelerators
  • Manage budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Handle internal and external communications as per project needs.

Provide periodic status reports.

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of Supply chain management experience
  • 3+ years of Experience in Koerber / HighJump WMS products implementation, rollout and production support
  • Should have implemented at least 3 full cycles of HighJump WMS implementations with multiple rollouts for each implementation.
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Hands on experience in Process objects development, Integration development, and data-mapping.
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership.
  • Great attitude and commitment to get the job done
