Summary

The Procurement Program Manager drives operational excellence across Clio’s global procurement ecosystem. This role leads cross‑functional initiatives that enhance procurement strategy, compliance, spend visibility, and process automation. Partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and business units, the Program Manager builds scalable frameworks, leverages analytics, and implements technology solutions that optimize supplier management and reduce risk. We are looking for someone to join our IT team out of one of our hub locations (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto). All hub‑based Clions are expected to be in the office for a minimum of twice per week on one of our Anchor Days. Occasional travel to partner or supplier sites as required.

What you’ll work on

Data, Reporting & Analytics (30%)

• Develop real‑time procurement dashboards and KPIs that monitor procurement cycle times, contract spend, renewals, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
• Establish benchmarking frameworks to measure procurement maturity and value creation.

Process Improvement & Technology Implementation (30%)

Procurement Governance & Policy Optimization (20%)

Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (15%)

Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration (5%)
