Job Opening : Store Manager

Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to make informed decisions.
- Manage store expenses and budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive working atmosphere and encourage teamwork among staff members.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or fragrance industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Knowledge of current fashion and fragrance trends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
