EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS :

Education, Qualifications and Certifications :

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems or education.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer certification or equivalent is an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and certification.
