The Opportunity :

Joining our Global IT group and reporting to the Manager of Cloud Billing & Reporting, this position will support our Global Billing systems specifically Zuora SaaS billing platform, taxation, reporting, data transformation and application support for other 3rd party and internally written Billing & Reporting applications.

What You Are Great At :

Manage Zuora modules ->

Collect, Connect, Promo Codes and Developer Tools.

• Support the day-to-day Administration of OpenText's production Zuora instance as well as testing sandboxes.
• Lead our technical Zuora Billing initiatives for Opentext's IT Department.
• Play a key role in the migration of internal / external systems and dataflows onto our Zuora environment.
• Design, develop and manage Zuora workflows to automate business processes.
• Understand and troubleshoot data flow between Zuora and SFDC
• Manage integration with Zuora Quotes
• Responsible for On-Call and Tier2 support of our Zuora Billing application and related systems with remote staff.
• Applies skill and innovation and acts as a technical resource for our development team as well as help with efforts to improve effectiveness of internal systems.
• Develop program code, unit test data and document in all legacy, future, and cloud development environments. Implementing changes through our change management process.
• Support SOX and SOC2 Audit compliancy.

What It Takes To Excel :

5+ years minimum previous experience working within a technical Development environment analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining computer-based systems.

At least 3 years working with Zuora.

• Knowledge of Zuora SOAP and Rest APIs
• Experienced with the complete software development life cycle.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience working with Zuora Quotes, Zuora 360 Sync; experience with basic Apex programming good to have.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of learning amongst your peers and other stakeholder groups on Billing analytics.
• Ability to discern key aspects of a problem and address them. (Critical analysis and Problem solving.)
• Familiar with Financial Book Closing process, general accounting practices or high-volume transactional Billing applications.
• Billing Interface with Tax, Credit card, PayPal and other processing module / software
• University / College degree within a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
