Responsibilities :

Our Digital Marketing Manager will proactively lead the digital initiatives of the firm and ensure that the digital team members in the Marketing team, their platforms, and processes, are operating smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to :

• Assisting in defining the digital marketing strategy for the firm and leading the development of those digital initiatives.
• Overseeing the management of the website, providing reporting and analytics, and optimizing the user experience and SEO.
• Overseeing the management of our social media platforms, as well as ongoing reporting and analysis of those platforms.
• Developing and executing on email and engagement marketing campaigns.
• Managing the creation of advertising campaigns, such as sponsored ads.
• Optimizing the quality of the leads generated from our digital platforms.
• Measuring the performance of our website, social media platforms and all digital initiatives.
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, SEM Rush and WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
• Effectively work in a team environment, staying curious and agile.
• Experience managing a team.
• Possibility of permanent position after 12-months.
