Role Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a self-motivated Area Maintenance Supervisor with a desire to work in the mountainous environment of Kananaskis.
This is a key front-line role that will work with a diverse team to provide operations support within the Kananaskis Region, primarily in Kananaskis Country, but with assigned responsibilities throughout the Kananaskis Region.
As the Kananaskis West Area Maintenance Supervisor, you will :
- Under the direction of the Regional Team Lead, develop and maintain appropriate asset documentation and preventative maintenance procedures for implementation and refinement within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Kananaskis Region in conjunction with provincial guidance
- Maintain and oversee Parks infrastructure in accordance with relevant standards and regulations to ensure its safe and efficient operation, by performing analysis, troubleshooting, repair and contractor coordination where required, for assets such as building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Manage assigned service contracts to ensure effective and efficient service delivery as well as adherence to all contact terms and conditions
- Ensure regulatory maintenance is performed and documented with all appropriate OH&S guidelines adhered to
