Purpose of the Role :

As an Electrical Technologist, you will be responsible for electrical, controls, and instrumentation installation and modification on Svante Rotary Adsorbent Machines (RAMs), manufacturing equipment, and prototype test stations.

You will assist with the installation of low-voltage electrical equipment, such as drives and motors including running cables, terminating connections, and troubleshooting.

You will also be responsible for the fabrication and modification of various types of electrical enclosures, such as low voltage, I / O, and PLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• You have a technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• You have at least - years of experience with electrical, instrumentation controls, and process equipment. Installation and hands-on experience.
• You have experience in advancing technology and teams from an immature state to an advanced state is highly desirable.

Bonus Skills and Qualifications :

You have experience and are comfortable working with large complex machinery, experience with panel building and modification, experience with PLC and I / O wiring, and sensor installation.

What Success looks like in this role :

• You will be responsible for installation of various types of electrical and controls equipment, including VFD Drives, motors, I / O & and assorted sensors, PLC and other controls devices.
• You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to the equipment.
• You will conduct panel building and modification on drive enclosures, Main PLC enclosures,I / O enclosures, various other power distribution enclosures.
• You will travel to sites for installation and commissioning.
