The Manager, Global Third Party Risk Management contributes to the overall successful operationalization of the Global Third Party Risk Management Program across all markets that the Bank operates within.

The Manager, Global Third Party Risk Management will contribute to the end user's success in accurately applying the Global Third Party Risk Management Program and Tools to efficiently conduct risk assessment.

The incumbent is liable for ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures and specific individual goals are executed / delivered in assist of the team's business strategies and objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

Champions a customer focused culture to deliver best in class service and assist for the TPRM program global stakeholders.

Delivers assist and assistance to Global contract owners and key stakeholders in the successful execution of the global TPRM program.

Conducts Control Function risk oversight within the TPRM program including coordination, and execution of quality assurance, effective challenge, and due diligence activities.

Performs ad hoc research and prepares recommendations for risk decision and advice. Identifies trends and areas of opportunity to further enhance the user experience or improve controls to minimize risk.

Performs key review and assist activities that enables efficient and accurate 3rd / 4th party risk assessment. This may include exception administration, incident logging and tracking, operational monitoring, and other assessment / evaluation processes as required.

Performs remediation and operational projects to continuously improve the accuracy and completeness of the book of record.

Assists in the coordination, development, and delivery of communications, change management and training on TPRM policies and processes as required to ensure effective implementation.

Job Requirements :

Undergraduate degree, preferably in a business-related subject.

Good understanding of the regulatory landscape with respect to third party risk.

Demonstrated technical understanding of pertinent business areas.

3-5 years' relevant experience in risk management and third party risk management.

Working proficiency in Spanish, would be an asset.
